Find an applicator

Get your pipeline coated by a trained crew.

Tell us about the line: what it carries, how big it is and where it is. We will connect you with an applicator who sprays polyurea on that kind of pipe.

  • Oil & gas, water, culvert and industrial pipe
  • Internal linings, external coatings, or both

What you get

The right crew for the line.

Matched by experience

We point you to applicators who have sprayed the kind of pipe you are dealing with.

System guidance

Help picking a coating system and thickness for the service and the environment.

Inside or out

Internal linings, external corrosion protection, field joints and fittings.

Less downtime

Fast-set polyurea means lines go back into service sooner.

Rehab before replace

Lining or recoating pipe that is still structurally sound often costs far less than digging it up and replacing it, and it can often be done with the line staying where it is.

Describe your project
How it works

Four steps, no runaround.

  1. 1

    Describe the line

What it carries, diameter, length, location and what is wrong with it.

  2. 2

    We review it

A specialist looks at the service and the coating system that suits it.

  3. 3

    Get connected

We introduce you to a trained applicator for that kind of pipe.

What is a polyurea pipeline coating?

Polyurea is a two-component, fast-setting elastomer that is spray-applied with plural-component equipment. It forms a seamless, flexible membrane on steel, ductile iron and concrete pipe, sealing the surface from water, soil, chemicals and abrasion. It can be applied to the outside of a line, as an internal lining, or both.

Can polyurea be sprayed inside a pipe?

Yes. Internal linings are one of the most common pipeline rehab uses. Larger diameters can be sprayed by hand from inside the pipe; smaller lines use spin-cast or robotic spray heads that travel down the bore. Proper surface preparation and moisture control matter more than anything else.

How fast does a coated line go back into service?

Fast-set polyurea gels in seconds and builds full thickness in a single multi-pass application, so lines often return to service the same day or the next, depending on the system, the service and the owner's inspection requirements.
